Class of 1980 & 1981 40th Reunion RSVP

RSVP is required to attend the 40th Reunion for 1980 & 1981 Classes. Please complete this form. Payment of $20 per person must be received no later than Sunday, August 15th. A late fee of $10 will be assessed for payments received after 8/15/2021 per ticket. After completing this form you will be provided details on how you can make payment by check or Venmo. After receiving payment, you will receive your payment receipt and tickets.

Please note:

To ensure that costs are covered for dinner and rental of the Eagles, the committee cannot waive any portion of the cost even if you are planning to arrive late (after dinner has been served).
RSVP's are restricted to the Class of 1980 and 1981 at this time. If circumstances change, we will post any changes.
